Expect problems with resulting CSV file since csv does not have cell merging that I am aware of. At least I do not merge any cells vertically.
The one I would try first would be Browser Extensions: Install a Chrome tool like HTMLtable2CSV to scrape and download tables directly from the page with one click.
It would probably be better and faster to just process the table html code using Notepad and using ^ instead of commas c all <TABLE ...> </TABLE> to NULL c all <TH...> and <TR...> and </TD> to NULL c all </TH> and <TD...> and </TR> to ^ regular expressions should handle ellipses
